Savyolovsky court banned ads for housing rental based on nationality

The Savelovsky Court of Moscow, having considered the claim of the prosecutor's office, ruled that housing rental ads that discriminate by nationality or religion are illegal and banned their distribution on the territory of Russia. The information is provided in official court documents on the website of the portal of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city of Moscow.

"To satisfy the administrative claim of the prosecutor of the address in the interests of an indefinite circle of persons for the recognition of information posted on the Internet prohibited for distribution in the Russian Federation," the resolution says.
