Putin announced the work of the PRC and the Russian Federation on the establishment of BRICS as the core of world architecture

Moscow and Beijing are working together to make BRICS one of the key mechanisms of global architecture. This was stated on August 30 by Russian President Vladimir Putin in a written interview with the Chinese Xinhua news agency.

"We are actively cooperating with China in BRICS in order to increase its influence as one of the core mechanisms of the international architecture," he was quoted as saying on the Kremlin's website.
