The Hungarian Foreign Ministry announced Europe's unsuccessful attempts to bring Russia to its knees

The leaders of European states have failed to bring Russia to its knees, despite the attempts of the "European post-war mainstream." This was announced on August 29 by Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto.

"Russia has not been brought to its knees, either economically or in any other way," the Ruptly news agency quoted him as saying on the Telegram channel.

He also noted that the decisions taken by Western leaders have led to losses for Europe. In addition, Szijjarto added that the heads of European states had made some mistakes in their policies and had not made every effort to end the Ukrainian conflict.
