The regions with the largest supply of holiday accommodation are named
Krasnodar Region ranks first in terms of the number of offers on the market of daily rental housing with a share of 16% of all properties in the country. St. Petersburg is in second place (7%), while Crimea, the Moscow Region and Moscow share the third place (5% each). Such data was provided by the Avito Travel service when analyzing a mixed issue, where apartments, houses and hotels are presented in a single feed.
The top 15 regions in terms of the number of offers as of June 2025 also include the Kaliningrad Region and Dagestan (4% each), Tatarstan and Stavropol Territory (3% each). Completing the list are the Rostov, Sverdlovsk, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod and Chelyabinsk regions, as well as Bashkortostan (2% each).
The most popular combinations in the mixed search results were queries including apartments and hotels (29%), apartments and cottages (17%), as well as collections of all three types of housing (17%), the company noted. About 12% of the guests prefer to look for different types of accommodation at the same time.
"We noticed a significant increase in the number of successful bookings among users who chose a mixed search compared to those who viewed only one category of accommodation," commented Artyom Kromochkin, director of the Avito Travel technology platform.
