Rosaviatsia sent a request to Southwind Airlines with a request to promptly submit a report on the incident and the measures taken to prevent such a thing from happening in the future. On August 29, the departments wrote about this in their Telegram channel.

"From information published in the media: passengers were on board for about two hours, the air conditioners were not working, an ambulance was sent to the plane. Previously, we are talking about flight STW011 Antalya – Moscow. On August 27, he was supposed to fly to Moscow at 19:05, but eventually left for the Russian capital at 21:14," the Federal Air Transport Agency said in a statement.

Earlier that day, several passengers began to lose consciousness due to an air conditioner on board Southwind Airlines, flying on the Antalya – Moscow route on August 29.
