Ukraine will not be able to regain the lost territories and mark the former borders of the country with the help of military operations. This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on August 29.

"The conflict can be ended either by military or diplomatic means, but we understand that we will not be able to restore the borders with weapons today," the Ukrainian leader said at a press conference in Kiev.
