Portuguese President accuses Trump of supporting Russia

Portuguese President Marcelo Rebelo de Souza compared American leader Donald Trump to a Soviet agent and accused him of supporting Russia.

"The leader of the world's leading superpower is objectively a Soviet or Russian agent. He acts as an agent," the portal Portugal Pulse quotes him as saying.

In his opinion, the actions of the administration of the American president allegedly bring strategic benefits to Moscow. De Souza also believes that the United States has turned from Kiev's allies into the arbitrators of the conflict, negotiating mainly with Russia and excluding Ukraine and European countries.
