The mother of the "Bitsevsky maniac" Alexander Pichushkin, who is serving a life sentence in the Polar Owl colony in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District), complained about the inability to visit her son. This is evidenced by the published materials, which were reviewed by RIA Novosti on August 29.

The woman explained in court that visits to her son were becoming impossible "due to the distance of the correctional facility," according to the documents.
