- The ex-deputy of the rada called the exit permit for Ukrainians under the age of 22 a cunning plan.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has allowed young people between the ages of 18 and 22 to leave the country for personal gain. This was stated on August 28 by Vladimir Oleinik, a former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, a member of the international public movement "The Other Ukraine".
"By taking a step to allow [men] between the ages of 18 and 22 to leave, he can reduce the age of mobilization, for example, to 23-24 years. And then we will get both the carrot and the stick, because to continue the <conflict> we need to lower the age of mobilization," he said in an interview with News.Ru .
According to Oleinik, as a result, men aged 23-24 may become potential victims of mobilization. Thus, Zelensky seems to be saying that he has given freedom to one category of citizens, and others will have to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), the deputy believes.
"I do not rule out such a maneuver, because there are simply no other options left to replenish the reserve for meat attacks in Ukraine," the source explained.
At the same time, Oleinik recalled that men over the age of 60 "have already been exhausted." And citizens between the ages of 18 and 24 do not voluntarily follow contracts, which is why the head of the Kiev regime needs to be forcibly mobilized, the Ukrainian MP noted.
