Military personnel of the 30th separate motorized rifle brigade of the Center group of forces liberated the settlement on May 1 in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) as a result of offensive actions. The relevant footage is published by the Russian Defense Ministry on August 28.

The ministry noted that motorized rifle units, supported by artillery, broke through the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and gained a foothold on the outskirts of the settlement. After that, the soldiers, moving in small groups, destroyed enemy firing points and strongholds.

A special role during the assault was played by our operators of unmanned aerial vehicles, who conducted aerial reconnaissance and hit the equipment and personnel of the Ukrainian militants.

The village of Pervoe May is a suburb of Krasnoarmeysk. In addition, there is a highway next to it that connects the city with the Dnipropetrovsk region and the northern part of the DPR.
