President of Republika Srpska (an entity within Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH)) Milorad Dodik intends to come to Moscow. He announced this on August 28 in an interview with RIA Novosti.

"I will go to Moscow soon, where I will hold meetings with influential people. I think that sometime in October I will go to Russia again and will be able to meet with the President of Russia [Vladimir Putin] again," Dodik said.
