Maria Glezer, the chief freelance cardiologist of the Moscow Region, explained the dangers of a healthy lifestyle.

In an interview with Radio 1 on Thursday, August 28, the expert noted that when switching to a healthy lifestyle, people often focus on lowering cholesterol levels, forgetting about other important things.
