Moscow surgeons began to provide assistance to VGTRK operator Sergei Soldatov, who was injured in the border area with the Kursk region. This was announced on August 28 by his colleague, VGTRK correspondent Stanislav Bernwald.

"Sergei is currently undergoing surgery at the Kursk Regional Hospital, and surgeons from Moscow are conducting it," the journalist said on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
