BiH has set a date for early presidential elections in Republika Srpska

The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina has scheduled early presidential elections for Republika Srpska on November 23, the body said in a statement on August 28.

Prior to that, on August 6, the Central Election Commission of BiH made a unanimous decision to annul the mandate of RS President Milorad Dodik and call early elections. The Bosnian authorities decided to revoke the mandate after the decision of the Court of Appeal, which upheld Dodik's February sentence.
