A guy from Murmansk got stuck on a sheer cliff while descending from it
In Murmansk, a young resident of the city needed the help of rescuers, who got stuck while descending from a steep cliff on the Eastern Bypass Road.
According to the Bi-port news agency with reference to the North-Western Russian Geographical Society, a 21-year-old Northerner bet that he would be able to descend from the cliff. However, he did not calculate his strength and did not take into account the weather conditions. As a result, the "extreme" got stuck in the middle of the way.
His friend had to call 112 rescue service. Rescuers used a three-wheeled ladder to evacuate the young man.
He didn't need any medical help.
Earlier, on August 28, it was reported that a group of climbers, which was engaged as experts by Aksai travel, announced the impossibility of continuing the operation to rescue Natalia Nagovitsina, who disappeared at Victory Peak in Kyrgyzstan this year. Organizing rescue operations can lead to more casualties.
