A five-year-old girl who was injured when an inflatable trampoline overturned in Ufa is still in intensive care, she will need a long recovery period. The child's parents told Izvestia about this on August 28.

The girl's mother reported that her daughter was diagnosed with a cerebral hemorrhage, a fracture of the cranial vault, as well as a fracture of the thoracic vertebrae and pelvic bones. According to medical forecasts, the child will have to spend up to 20 days in the neurosurgery department, followed by rehabilitation.

The victim's father noted that the trampoline was installed right in the residential courtyard — it was supposed to work for several hours. Bad weather was forecast in the city on the day of the incident, but this did not interfere with the operation of the attraction.

"It happened at some point, a strong wind picked up sharply and our daughter got into such a situation with the trampoline," the man explained.

The day before in Ufa, a strong wind knocked over an inflatable trampoline on Letchikov Street, injuring two children. The regional prosecutor's office organized an inspection because of the incident. According to the agency, the gaming equipment was installed unauthorized. The Minister of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Airat Rakhmatullin, said that the other injured girl was not seriously injured.
