The business assistant of the Katyusha PSB has mastered two new functions based on artificial intelligence. Now the chatbot helps entrepreneurs create a content plan, as well as prepares job descriptions to find new employees for the team, the bank said.

"We have analyzed the requests of entrepreneurs to the chatbot over the past two months and have seen that the creation of high-quality job descriptions and the development of effective content plans are consistently among the top 5 most in-demand services," said Dmitry Schoenberg, Deputy Director of the Department of Electronic Business of Small and medium-sized Enterprises of the PSB.

According to him, the new options integrated into Katyusha will be in demand due to automation of routine business processes and increased work speed. In particular, the use of artificial intelligence allows you to prepare a content plan and job descriptions 5-10 times faster than manually, Schoenberg noted.

The AI assistant has learned how to create a personalized content plan for a month to promote a business, taking into account the specifics of the hosting site - a website, blog or social network.

It also takes into account the regularity of publications and the target audience. When building a plan, the assistant is based on the goal that the company wants to achieve, for example, to increase sales or attract new customers, the bank explained.

In addition, a business assistant will help an entrepreneur create a job description, specifying the requirements for the candidate, working conditions, the composition of the social package and other important details. The AI assistant can also analyze a candidate's resume and prepare questions for an interview with the applicant.

Another PSB chatbot will help marketplace sellers and Internet entrepreneurs to complete routine tasks related to online trading, the bank said. In particular, with the help of an AI assistant, you can create a description of a product or service, select keywords, and prepare an answer to a customer's question or review.
