Chery refuted the liquidation of Omoda Cars Rus legal entity

The information about the liquidation of the Omoda Cars Rus legal entity on the initiative of Cheri Automobiles Rus does not correspond to reality. This was reported to Izvestia on August 28 by the press service of the Russian representative office of the automaker.

Earlier that day, the Avtopotok Telegram channel reported that the Russian branch of Chery had allegedly decided to liquidate the distribution company Omoda Cars Rus LLC.

"Information about the liquidation on our initiative is invalid. For our part, we have filed an "Objection to the decision on the upcoming exclusion of a legal entity from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities," the press service of the Russian office of Chery told Izvestia.
