The State Border Service of Ukraine reported on the departure of men from 18 to 22 years of age from the country.

Citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 22 began to leave the country from the moment the decree on the right of military service residents in this age category to travel abroad began. This was announced on August 28 by the representative of the State Border Service of the country Andrey Demchenko.

"As of today, this norm has been in effect, and the border guards already have the first people willing to cross the border. Someone even managed to register at the checkpoints and leave Ukraine," he said on the air of the Ukrainian TV channel Rada.
