At the round table "Urban planning and architectural code of Russia", the participants discussed the role of development and urban environment formation in increasing the attractiveness of territories for living, socio-economic development and the transmission of spiritual and moral values.

Alexey Zharich, Deputy head of the Office of the President of Russia for Public Projects, noted that architecture can become a good channel of interaction, since people are constantly included in its environment. According to him, the architectural code performs several important tasks, including shaping the image of the era and consolidating the image of Russia as a country of civilization.

"In this regard, it is necessary to establish a permanent dialogue between architects, representatives of the construction industry, and government authorities to develop joint ideas in this direction," Alexey Zharich emphasized.

Director of Urban Environment Development DOM.Anton Finogenov, in turn, said that urban planning and architectural design plays an important role in the national development of citizens.

Vladislav Kuznetsov, Governor of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, also noted that in order for new professional personnel to come to the regions of the country, it is necessary to create such conditions so that specialists see their future in this place.

"In addition, the urban environment should foster respect for Russian culture and national traditions — it is important that they surround people from early childhood. We carry out this work in the region, creating murals and murals based on the national cultural code," Kuznetsov added.

Nikita Setov, Deputy General Director for GR at Polylog Group, also stated that there is currently a great demand for high-quality Russian housing, and builders are ready to meet it. However, the question of whether architecture in Russia should be unified has not yet been resolved.
