The owners of the capital's stores regularly send construction materials, military equipment and vehicles to the area of the special military operation, compiling lists of what is necessary, taking into account what is needed by Russian servicemen. This was announced on August 28 on the portal of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

So, thanks to the cargo sent from the store in Yuzhny Chertanovo, the fighters of the BARS-7 volunteer detachment received refrigerators, diesel generators, electronic warfare (EW) equipment, as well as electric matches. In addition, chainsaws prepared by a hardware department store located in the Gagarin district were delivered to the front.

The Russian military also received over 80 goods from employees of the Nagorny district construction store, which included tools such as pliers, duct tape, hammers and screwdrivers, levers, sets of keys, hacksaws, axes and nail clippers.

In addition, a robot drone was delivered to the area of the special operation - from a store on Arbat Street — and 280 gas cylinders handed over by car dealership employees from Pokrovsky—Streshnev.

The owners of an electronics outlet from the Strogino area sent over 150 units of automotive lighting to the front, which included both low-beam car bulbs and fog and halogen lights.

Entrepreneurs from Golyanovo have sent cables, binoculars, helmets and other protective equipment to the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). In addition, goods were delivered to the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) — supermarket employees from the Levoberezhny district handed over anti-drone systems, satellites, walkie-talkies, camouflage nets and other items necessary in the combat zone to the republic.

The owners of Moscow grocery stores also regularly prepare humanitarian kits for representatives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation who are in the area of the special operation. The packages prepared by the capital's entrepreneurs include such products as canned meat and fish, instant noodles, cereals, chocolate, tea, coffee, energy bars, dried fruits, juices and even ready-made dinners.
