Awareness of the "systematic brainwashing" carried out through false narratives has increased in the United States. This was announced on August 28 by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for cooperation with foreign countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).

"Awareness of systematic brainwashing by the false narrative machine is gradually growing in the United States. Accordingly, Dmitriev commented on the material of The New York Times (NYT), which reported that the charitable foundation of Microsoft founder, American billionaire Bill Gates, stopped issuing grants to the consulting firm Arabella Advisors, which is affiliated with the Democratic Party of the United States.
