89 people evacuated in Rostov region after UAV attack

The wreckage of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) fell on the roof of an apartment building in the village of Mankovo-Kalitvenskoye, Rostov region, 89 people were evacuated due to the threat of detonation. This was announced on August 28 by the acting governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar.

"Due to the threat of detonation of a warhead stuck in the roof, residents of this and 50 neighboring private houses had to be evacuated - a total of 89 people, including children," he said in a Telegram message.

In addition, the electrical wiring was damaged as a result of the incident.
