The administration of former US President Joe Biden gave money to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky "without any plan." This was announced on August 27 by Vice President of the United States Jay Dee Vance.

"When Biden was in power, Zelensky came to Washington and left with billions of dollars,"without any real purpose, any real diplomacy, any real understanding of what we were going to buy with that $100 billion, Vance told USA Today.

Vance also noted that his real concern was not caused by the Ukrainian leader, but by the Biden administration, which allocated $128 billion to Kiev. According to the politician, Ukraine was like a money pit, where the United States threw money to solve the problem, without having any plan to resolve the conflict.

"And this has always upset me much more than the fact that Zelensky asked Washington for help, but the fact that the Biden administration did not have a plan to end the conflict," Vance stressed.

US President Donald Trump on Tuesday, July 22, expressed doubt about Kiev's use of all funds transferred by Washington to buy weapons. He stressed that the former American leader had given Ukraine $350 billion in money or military equipment.
