The Moscow Arbitration Court has recovered over 40 million rubles of debt from the Ukrainian Embassy under contracts for the provision of heat and hot water. This was reported on August 27 by RIA Novosti with reference to the court materials.

It is specified that the first lawsuit was filed by the Moscow United Energy Company (MOEK) two years ago in July 2023. The court fully satisfied him and recovered about 16 million rubles of debt from the defendant, as well as penalties under two 2009 contracts for the supply of hot water and heat for the period from February 2022 to March 2023.
