In addition, according to her, small rituals help to cope with the autumn blues — for example, brewing your favorite tea or reading under a warm blanket.

Earlier that day, psychiatrist Igor Lazarev suggested shopping and sports as a way to combat the autumn blues. 360.ru . He also recommended wearing bright clothes in the off-season. According to him, trips to places where there is more sun will also help, RT notes.

On August 26, in an interview with Life.ru The specialist emphasized that if there are signs of serious disorders, it is necessary to consult a specialist for diagnosis and treatment.

Earlier, nutritionist Sofia Kovanova announced the benefits of home workouts to preserve the figure in winter and get rid of the blues. She called for joint warm-up, myofascial release, as well as light exercises for general physical fitness to be included in such workouts.

Before that, cynologist Vladimir Golubev said that dogs can be sad because of a sudden change in the environment or a breakup with their owner, but one should not associate changes in the pet's mood with the onset of autumn. If the dog suddenly feels sad, it is important to check its health, and not just try to entertain it. Golubev stressed that the owner needs to be able to distinguish between sadness and stress: in a state of overexertion, the pet can run around the house, pull on the leash, eat greedily or bark, the Moscow city news agency reports.
