The bailiffs asked to seize Khodorkovsky's land registered to another person.

The Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) is asking for the seizure of a land plot that actually belongs to Mikhail Khodorkovsky, ex-head of Yukos (included in the register of foreign agents). This was announced on August 27 by the press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.

"The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow has received a claim from the head of the department for the execution of particularly important enforcement proceedings of the Federal Bailiff Service against M.B. Khodorkovsky, P.L. Lebedev, and V.M. Dubov for foreclosure on the debtor's property held by third parties," the Telegram channel said.
