In the Moscow region, they plan to establish payments to students at the birth of a child

At the birth of a child, university students can receive payments in the amount of 100 thousand rubles in the Moscow region. This was stated by Andrei Golubev, Chairman of the Moscow State Duma Committee on Social Policy.

"We propose to consider the possibility of establishing a one—time allowance for students who receive higher education in state educational institutions of higher education in the Moscow region, and who are required to give birth in our healthcare institutions, who have registered a child with our registry offices, <...> to pay a one-time payment of 100,000 rubles at the birth of a child," Golubev said during public discussions on the topic of the implementation of demographic policy measures, he is quoted by TASS.
