The status of "national" will be assigned to another route in the Perm Region.

In the Perm Region, another tourist route may have a national status. It is called the Mining Civilization of the Kama Region. On Tuesday, August 26, in Chusov, the local administration presented the project to the public.

In early September, the project will be presented at the regional Ministry of Tourism. If approved, the initiators will submit an application to the Ministry of Tourism of the Russian Federation for the route to receive national status.

According to the <url> news agency, the new route unites four cities: Chusovoy, Gornozavodsk, Lysva and Gubakha. It was launched in August 2024. The tour lasts for five days and costs 47.6 thousand rubles.

During the trip, tourists visit iconic sights such as the village of Uspenka, the Chusovaya River History Park, the Kamenny Gorod natural complex, and the village of Usva. The program also includes visits to industrial enterprises and natural monuments. The organizers hope that the route will also be of interest to residents of other regions of the country.

Currently, in the Kama region, the status of a national tourist route has been assigned so far to only one project, "Extraordinary Stories of the Permian land." It is part of another national route, the Great Tea Way, which runs through the Kungur district.

Assigning the status of a national route increases the visibility of the project and increases tourist interest in the region, the agency notes.
