The arrest warrant for Ukrainian citizen Sergei Kuznetsov, who was detained in Italy on suspicion of involvement in the Nord Stream bombing, states that he led a sabotage group consisting of seven people, including himself. This was reported on August 23 by the ARD TV channel, citing a source.
"[He] was supposed to coordinate the operation and lead the sabotage group, which was supposed to consist of a skipper, four divers and an explosive device specialist," the publication says.
