"We see a lot of police cars, there is already a cordon [of the territory], then firefighters are already working, people, local residents, went outside after the explosion," said Boris Karyagin, a correspondent for Izvestia.
One of the eyewitnesses of the incident, Oleg, said that red footprints were visible in the sky at the time of the explosion.
"Just a few seconds and a crash. We immediately drove up here, saw a glow, a cloud of smoke, and ran to see what the situation was like. And the guys are already working here, they reacted quickly, they arrived quickly," said Alexander, a local resident.
According to him, one of the specialized crews drove right in front of the car where he was with his passenger. Then, as the eyewitness added, the roads to the attacked house were promptly blocked.
On August 27, Acting Governor of the Rostov region Yuri Slyusar reported an explosion and a fire on the roof of an apartment building. Later it became known that the fire was localized on an area of 250 square meters. m. 15 residents were evacuated from the house, none of them were injured. In addition, as the acting governor clarified, a temporary accommodation facility was set up for them at a nearby school.
