Russian climber Natalia Nagovitsina, who cannot be lowered from Victory Peak, lies on the other side of the stone where the body of climber Mikhail Ishutin, who died 10 years ago, is located. Alexey Ovchinnikov, senior coordinator of the mountaineering public group, director of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization Higher Mountain School, Candidate of Medical Sciences, told about this on August 26.

He noted that this case is not the first time when attempts are being made to lower bodies from Victory Peak, but it does not work.

"Literally where Natalia lies, on the other side of this stone, lies the body of Mikhail Ishutin from Arkhangelsk, my friend, who also went to Victory. By the way, I'm a climber with a lot of experience. He died in the same place, his body lies there," TASS quoted him as saying.
