The state prosecution has requested a four-year and one-month prison sentence in a general regime colony for Hardcore Fighting MMA fighter Jabrail Aliyev in the case of an attack on a girl. This was announced on August 26 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the hall of the Zamoskvoretsky court in Moscow.

The athlete noted that he fully agrees with the claim.

"Arina forgave me and asked for compensation. I ask, if I deserve it at least a little, not to give me a prison term," Aliyev said in his last words.

The court is expected to announce the verdict of the defendant on September 1.

According to investigators, Aliev brutally beat a 26-year-old girl in a house on Bersenevskaya Embankment in Moscow on the night of July 27, 2024. She suffered multiple head injuries, as well as bruises. The athlete was detained on July 31.

Aliyev was charged under paragraph "a" of part 1 of Article 213 ("Hooliganism"), part 1 of Article 119 of the Criminal Code ("Threat to kill"), Article 116 of the Criminal Code ("Beatings").

On June 3, it was reported that in Kirov, a Mercedes driver did not share a road with a local resident and beat her in front of her young daughter. The Kirov resident suffered a concussion, as well as bruises to her face and head. Shortly after, a criminal case was opened against a 47-year-old man under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").
