Travel to one of the villages in Primorye was restricted after heavy rains
In the Primorsky Territory, in the Chernigov municipal district, on the road leading to the village of Gorny Khutor, the movement of passenger vehicles was temporarily restricted. The measures were introduced after heavy rains.
The overflow occurred on the 1st km of the access road. The depth of the flooded area reaches 40 cm, and the length is about 15 m, the PrimaMedia news agency notes.
Forecasters note that on the night of Wednesday, August 27, the cyclone should move to the south of the Sea of Okhotsk. The rains will stop in the western regions of the region, while in other areas they will become weaker. Precipitation will end in the afternoon throughout the region due to rising atmospheric pressure. It will be a little warmer than before.
Earlier, Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center, said that at the end of August in Moscow, the thermometer will rise to +27 degrees. The expert noted that it will be cool and rainy in the capital region until Friday due to the cyclone: low daytime temperatures will remain both in the morning and in the evening. However, warming is expected by the end of the week. According to him, on August 30 and 31, as well as on September 1, the temperature may rise to +25...+27 degrees.
