The parliament building, the archive and the library burned down in the Marshall Islands. This was reported on August 26 by The Guardian newspaper.
"Firefighters arrived at the scene early in the morning when the building was already on fire. They managed to put out the fire, but, according to police representatives, it is impossible to use the remaining building," the article says.
According to local journalists, the authorities are now looking for a new building for the parliament. The causes of the fire are not reported.
The Bild newspaper reported on April 25 that a fire had started as a result of explosions at a warehouse in Hamburg. It was noted that three people were injured in the fire. At least a hundred firefighters were involved in extinguishing the fire at the warehouse.
