A new bridge will be built on the highway from Yekaterinburg to Kurgan

The Ural Federal Roads Department has found a contractor for the construction of an overpass on the Yekaterinburg— Shadrinsk—Kurgan highway. The cost of the facility will be 1.1 billion rubles.

The construction will be carried out near the village of Loginovo. The overpass will pass over the railway, which will reduce traffic jams in front of the tracks. This is reported by the news agency " <url>".

Three contractors participated in the auction. The winning company is required to complete construction by the end of 2027. The contractor must build a bridge with a length of more than 30 m and a width of 26 m, as well as reconstruct a section of the federal highway for more than 2 km.

In Vladivostok, in early August, work on the renovation of the pavement on the bridge to Russian Island was completed a month ahead of schedule. The length of the crossing through the Eastern Bosphorus Strait is more than 3 km.
