The plane flying from London landed unscheduled in Nizhnevartovsk

An Air China plane en route from London to Beijing landed unscheduled at Nizhnevartovsk Airport in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. This was announced on August 26 by the press service of the Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office.

"The Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office is monitoring the situation related to the emergency landing of an Air China aircraft in Nizhnevartovsk. The landing was successful," the press service told TASS.

There were no casualties as a result of the unscheduled landing of the aircraft. The Surgut Transport Prosecutor's Office took control of the work of the aerogavan services.

Earlier, on August 24, a passenger plane of the Saudi airline Flynas Airbus A320 urgently returned to Trabzon airport in Turkey due to engine problems. All 177 people on board were not injured.
