During the repulse of an attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the Slantsevsky district of the Leningrad region, the glazing of three private houses, as well as a car, was damaged. This was announced by Governor Alexander Drozdenko on August 26.
"When repelling an attack by a UAV in the Slantsevsky district, the glass of three private houses and a car in the village of Zagorye were damaged by shrapnel," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to the governor, there were no casualties as a result of the attack. Drozdenko added that he had already instructed the regional administration to assess the damage caused to the region.
Earlier that day, Drozdenko reported the destruction of 10 UAVs over the region. He noted that the drones were shot down in the sky over the Kingisepp and Luga districts.
