The Air Defense Forces have eliminated one unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) over the territory of the Kaluga Region. This was announced on August 26 by the governor of the region Vladislav Shapsha.

"Tonight, the air defense forces destroyed one UAV in the territory of the Kozelsky district," he wrote in his message on the Telegram channel.

As Shapsha emphasized, representatives of the operational group are working at the scene of the incident. According to him, there were no casualties or damage.

On August 26, the governor of the Leningrad Region, Alexander Drozdenko, announced the destruction of 10 UAVs over the region. He clarified that the drones were shot down in the sky over the Kingisepp and Luga districts. As a result of this incident, there were no casualties or damage.
