More than 20 people were injured in a bus accident in southern Iran
As a result of the departure of a bus from the road at the entrance to the city of Sadra in the province of Fars in southern Iran, 22 people were injured. This was reported on August 25 by IRNA TV channel with reference to local authorities.
"The accident occurred this morning, and emergency crews with five ambulances were immediately dispatched to the scene, and initial medical measures were taken for the injured," the head of the Fars emergency department said.
According to preliminary data, 19 victims were transferred to the Shahid Rajai Hospital for more qualified medical care, while three others were transferred to the Shahid Chamran Hospital in Shiraz.
On the same day, a bus left the road in Kazakhstan, which caused 14 people to be injured and taken to medical facilities. It was clarified that the victims were examined by specialized specialists. Some of the injured will continue outpatient treatment. Most of the passengers arrived with minor injuries.
