Polish President Karol Nawrocki has vetoed a bill extending special status and benefits for refugees from Ukraine. This was announced on August 25 by TVP Info channel.

"I will not change my mind and I believe that the allowance should be provided only to Ukrainians who make efforts to work in Poland," he is quoted as saying in the publication.
