Three people were injured when a car was hit in the Novosibirsk region
In the city of Berdsk, Novosibirsk region, three people, including two children, were injured when a car hit a pedestrian crossing. This was announced on August 25 in the press service of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.
According to the agency, the woman driving the Nissan did not provide an advantage in driving to the oncoming Kia car at the intersection.
"After the collision, the Kia car hit an obstacle- a light pole, as well as pedestrians who were on the sidewalk. As a result of the accident, pedestrians were injured: a woman born in 2002, a girl born in 2023 and a boy born in 2025," the Telegram channel of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs says.
It is noted that the victims are currently in a medical facility with injuries of varying severity. The circumstances of the incident are being established.
Earlier that day, as a result of a head-on collision of two cars on the 876th km of the Yenisei highway R-257 in Tyva, one person was killed and five others were injured. After the accident, the injured were taken to the intensive care unit of a local medical facility.
