A civilian was seriously injured as a result of the Ukrainian shelling of the town of Shebekino. This was announced on August 25 by Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of the Belgorod region.

"The town of Shebekino has been shelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. A civilian was injured. An ambulance crew is taking a man in serious condition with multiple shrapnel wounds to a regional clinical hospital. All necessary assistance is being provided," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

Also, as a result of the ammunition hit, three cars were damaged, as well as the wall and glazing of an apartment building.

Four civilians were injured as a result of drone strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Belgorod region on August 24.
