Astrakhan resident sentenced to 25 years for violence against daughter, stepson and stepdaughter

A resident of Astrakhan was sentenced to 25 years in prison to serve his sentence in a high-security penal colony for violent acts against his own daughter, stepson and stepdaughter. This was reported on August 25 in the press service of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Astrakhan region.

According to the investigation, in the period from June 2010 to December 2018, the man committed sexual violence and rape against his daughter, stepson, and stepdaughter. In addition, during the investigation, the fact that the convict tortured his biological minor daughter was confirmed.

It is noted that the defendant was found guilty under articles "b" of part 4 of Article 131, paragraph "b" of part 4 of Article 132, part 4 of Article 134, part 3 of Article 134 and paragraph "d" of part 2 of Article 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
