Several hundred fruit trucks returned to Armenia due to sanitary problems
Several hundred trucks loaded with fruits were turned back to Armenia from the border with Georgia. This was announced on Sunday, August 24, by Armenian MP Garnik Danielyan on the Facebook social network (owned by Meta Corporation, recognized as extremist and banned in Russia).
"From the checkpoint (checkpoint. Hundreds of cars loaded with farm products, such as plums, peaches and grapes, are returning to Verkhny Lars," the publication says.
As Danielyan explained, "phytosanitary problems" were discovered, in the presence of which they could not issue a pass through the checkpoint. In addition, trucks with other cargoes, including building materials, will also be checked.
Earlier, on August 14, violations of the requirements for the storage and trade of fish products at the Chaika market were revealed in Sevastopol. The product lacked veterinary accompanying documents and labeling with information about the production date, expiration dates, manufacturer and storage conditions.
