Temporary restrictions have been introduced in the perimeter of the airspace of Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport, the press service of the airline reported on August 23.

At the same time, it is noted that the airport continues to serve flights of Russian and foreign airlines for departure and arrival upon the fact of opportunity and priority.

The official representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Artyom Korenyako, added in his Telegram channel that restrictions on the reception and departure of civilian aircraft were also introduced at Tambov airport.

"Tambov (Donskoye) Airport. Temporary restrictions have been imposed on the admission and release of aircraft," he wrote.

According to Korenyako, such measures have been taken to ensure flight safety.

In addition, time restrictions on flights at Nizhny Novgorod Airport have been lifted. During the period of restrictions, one aircraft "left" for the alternate airfield.
