The United States will spend $3.5 billion on funds to reduce the threats posed by weapons of mass destruction to its partners, the Pentagon announced on its website on August 22.
"This contract provides for the provision of a wide range of services and products to provide partner countries with opportunities to sustainably reduce chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats," the ministry said in a statement.
