In the Volgograd region, 13 trains are delayed for up to two hours after a drone attack The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on August 23 in the press service of the Volga Railway.

"13 passenger trains were delayed at the Petrov Val station of the Volga Railway due to the illegal interference of unauthorized persons in the operation of railway transport," follows from a publication in the Telegram channel.

It is specified that at the moment trains are following their routes with delays from seven minutes to 2 hours and 15 minutes. The press service emphasizes that Russian Railways employees are "doing everything possible" to reduce the backlog time.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that a UAV crashed in the city of Petrov Val, Volgograd region, injuring three people, including a child. Dry grass also caught fire near the Kraptsovsky farm in the Kumylzhensky district. It was clarified that the fire was localized, there was no threat to the settlement.
