During the assault on one of the fortified areas of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Chasova Yar area, one of the operators of the Russian FVP drone noticed an enemy hexacopter in the air, preparing to drop ammunition. After assessing the situation, two soldiers decided to shoot it down. To do this, they approached the target by UAV, after which one of the drones accurately hit the threat. Next, the hit device fell to the ground and exploded.

"At that time, there was quite a dynamic battle going on, because in addition to the ground actions, the fight in the air began. The enemy used its Baba Yaga drone, which carried 82-mm mines. And at that moment, he was already right over the heads of our guys," said the commander of the parachute battalion with the call sign Taiga.

Even before the strike, the drone operators contacted the fighters of the assault group and gave the command to hide in a shelter so that fragments from the falling UAV would not damage them. After that, the servicemen continued to carry out the task of clearing the stronghold.
