According to new data, all those who died in the accident were adults. The state police denied that there was a child among the dead.

The causes of the car crash are still being investigated. However, the commander of the local police squad, Major Andre J. Ray said that the versions with a technical malfunction in the bus and with alcohol intoxication of the driver have already been ruled out.

"According to New York State Police spokesman James O'Callahan, most of the passengers were not wearing seat belts, as several people also flew off the bus," the article says.

At least 30 people injured in the accident have now been taken to the nearest medical facilities.
